At our place, the menu is all about pure flavours, local ingredients and creativity on your plate. Our chef, Sem, has a real passion for cooking that started in his teenage years. So he grew up enjoying burgundy and was already in the kitchen as a dishwasher as a boy of 14. With endless curiosity and eagerness to learn, he grew from the kitchen sink to become a chef - a journey that took him to inspiring places, both abroad and in Amsterdam.

His style? Simple and refined, with his own twist and a good dose of creativity. Sem likes to cook with seasonal and local products and therefore gets his inspiration from the seasons and from everything South Limburg has to offer. With an eye for sustainability and a nose for taste, Sem knows exactly how to turn a simple ingredient into something special. Vegetables play the starring role in his dishes and no bit goes to waste. When you taste a dish by Sem, you not only taste the passion, but also the care and attention that goes into every detail. His cooking style is accessible and surprising, prepared with love and always slightly different from what you expect.

Our love of adventure and cooking comes alive in the dishes we serve. Sem has years of experience as a chef and in event organisation, while Joëlle deals with design, planning and will be there for you in the role of hostess. Together, we ensure that our guests will have an unforgettable experience.
